Very cool, your definitely improved, especially on how your stylize the clothes! The pants are more defined, there's a space between the legs, her feet are in separate pose, and there's more flow to the coat, which add personality to the character! Her face, or rather her mask? (eyes and mouth) are more expressive.
Let's note the hair, which you drew more strands.
