Alright, so here I am! Almost one year after my arrival in this fine place! And boy, that was fast!

Lmao, what am I doing here anyways? Just sharin' my silly lil art pieces, they might get lost in time at some point! But for now, I've come a long way, hadn't I?

Oh well, let's see what I've managed to do in this year!

January

Fresh as new and without the slightest idea how things worked around here. I made the decision to make an account during New year's Eve and did it some days after. I surely wasn't great the day I started and I'm still not but I didn't give up and I'm not planning on doing so. Started off with this little doodle of Nene:

I drew this during New year's Eve and thought I'd give it ago. Of course it's not my first attempt at digital art but it's my start here. I might as well remake it for the fun of it. This barely reached 4 votes at the beggining and had a single comment from @Tyhond who welcomed me, a real sweet guy to be honest!

Later on, I decided that I had to post one piece every day which turned out to be exhausting some months later. I tried to work on a bigger piece, but of course it turned out mid because... I only have my finger, I can't do much! :'3

I didn't have signature at the time and just wrote my whole username. Although, I'm still struggling to find something recognisable ;(

I tried a full body as well (let's be honest, kinda looks like shi)

February

I remember clearly that I begun socialising a bit more here during that month. Entering a bunch of collabs, getting to know different people on the platform, that was swell. I cannot recall all of the collabs but this one right here...

I had no idea that the entries would be uncensored XDD Had fun w my pink underwear Pikachu though :3

March, April, June

Not much was going on then because I was seriously struggling with school. I have no idea what happened to me, it was just that I was failing, my grades were horrible. I just felt as if I couldn't concentrate on my damn booo and study, I only had a bad feeling in my stomach for reasons my mother dismissed as stupid. Of course, the fact that I lied about my grades wasn't much of a help when my mother found out. A HUGE, GIGANTIC THANK YOU to @yummywhiteliquid (yes, that's his username) for the support during those times. I don't know what would've happened if you weren't there, pal. I appreciate deeply.

I've managed to improve a liiiiiittle bit during that period with art, drawing the first version of my oc/persona

I've changed it a LOT in just few months, oh my god...

I also had motivation suddenly and made some changes about how I draw bodies

The poses were awkward but it was certainly an improvement from the previous blocky body >_X

I was never really good at perspective, I'm still not but this simple drawing of Kinito for a collab didn't turn out so bad!

I think it's obvious that we're looking at a different angle, no? :3

June, July, August

I managed to make my fat, lazy ass sat down on the chair and focus on the exams during June. To be honest, I did better than I thought! I had gaps, that's for sure but I did good. Not the best in class but still! It made me feel better though and I had a lot of time to think what I want to become in the future. It's difficult to become an programmer and animator but never say never!

I was honoured to draw the first music cover in my life, for @Creeperforce24 's aurora

I remember myself looking at the empty spot beneath the aurora borealis while thinking "Now how the hell am I going to draw all these trees." I ended up drawing one and copying it :P

I redesign my persona as well. Different personality and different universe but I'm not going to go into much detail because I scrapped it some weeks after

September, October, November, December

Took a long break there, haven't I? In the beggining of the months mentioned above, I was getting a little insecure about the whole thing. I was looking at my drawings and highly doubted that I would ever be able to improve in some way. But then again, I wouldn't achieve anything if I didn't pick up the pencil.

I managed to make a fanart for @Songiaxshudder although late, and some other traditional art.

I, um... Don't throw tomatoes at me but I redesigned my persona...AGAIN. But this time, I feel like this might as well be the final change.

I got to play around with different shapes with this one, following all the tutorials I've seen (not precisely though XD) and I'm in fact proud of this!

@Songiaxshudder Another good friend, his stickman animations are awesome and I'm glad that he remains strong and keeps on going after the incident with a certain user. Keep up!

@Tomafokio Always checks out my part and gives a favourite, as well as reacting to posts. The traditional art they make is honestly so eye-pleasing it melts my brain

@rosarcj We haven't talked much but you seem like a real nice guy, your art is amazing and congrats for one year here!
